Hello readers, I wanted to inform that the fandom tapes big cartel store has officially closed. It's been a long time coming but there might be a possibility of making another store to sell the digital copy again. A lot has changed since the initial run and continues to wrap up any business that is left to be done. our email is still open if you have any questions
[email protected]I simply wanted to come here and say a big thank you to the supporters, artists, creators, and close ones that have come and gone to make this production even happen. Although it was our first and had many mistakes I simply ask to have patience and understanding for what ever comes of the project. This site will be up as an archive and I'm sure many have moved on from Walten Files as a whole, but I will always have a soft spot for the memories made with this project.We'll try not to be strangers and hope to all that bought anything from our store cherish it well. Ello' the names Dominique but I go by "Tailsy Evergreen"! I'm the co-founder, artist and mod for this project. This is my first time curating a zine but have also contributed in a zine before. I'm currently an art major at my community college. I aspire to be an self published illustrator and animator in the future. The Walten Files has been such a life changer and I personally wanted to make a project for the love of the series and its creator. It is my pleasure to create this zine along with my fellow artists and can't wait to see want comes from the fandom :D!

The Walten Files is a series that I’ve truly been enjoying; its story speaks out in a way that has affected many, including myself. What is this "Fandom Tapes?"

The Fandom Tapes is an upcoming Walten Files fan project centered around an overall celebration of the series and the Martin Walls Side ProjectsThe zine will explore the three released episodes: Company Introductory Tape, The Relocate Project, and Bunnyfarm. We will also have art for The Mysterious House and Boozoo's Ghosts.The format of the zine will be 6.81"x 9.73" perfect-bound. It will be SFW and contains spoilers, as well as for profit.Contains: Mild Gore, Distorted Imagery, Blood

What is the Walten Files?

The Walten Files is an ongoing analog horror web series created by Chilean Artist and animator Martin Walls about the failed children's restaurant, Bon's Burgers. There has been rumors about the mysterious disappearance of Jack Walten; the co - founder in the city of Brighton, Michigan and it all leads to his business partner; Felix Kranken. Now we unfold the horrific tales about their run down restaurant.

⦁Is this project okay with Martin?
Yes! We have gotten personal greenlight for the project so its not made without his permission/wishes⦁ How many contributors will this zine featured?
Our zine will feature a total of 45 page artists, 4 spread artist, 18 merch designers⦁ Will this zine be digital or physical?
Our zine will offer both a digital and physical version to be purchased.⦁ Will contributors be compensated?
Yes, they will! Each zine contributor(1) will receive a free bundle that will include the zine itself and the merchandise, if they wish as such.
On top of this, profits will be given to a selected charity of the contributors choice⦁ Will this zine be SFW (Safe For Work)?
Yes, our zine will be SFW. Although we will allow GORE, we will not display explicit depictions of the series and we will offer Content Warnings where necessary. Sexual Themes will NOT be shown in this zine.⦁ Where will the zines be shipping out from?
Our shipping will come from the US east and west!⦁ How will this project be organized? What is the theme of this fan-zine?
There is no definite theme for this zine but our goal is to present all Walten related characters through the zine. All facets will take events from “Company Introductory Tape”, “The Relocate Project” and “Bunny Farm”. We are also including “The Mysterious House” and “Boozoo Ghosts”.
Through the book it will show canon and fan interpretations
We are also including an interview with a special guest!⦁ Can minors apply for a contributor spot in the zine?
We aim for our zine contributors to be 16 years of age or older for the sake of professionalism.⦁ Can you apply for more than one contributor role?
Sadly not. We want to have a diverse contributor cast where everyone has a chance to display their talented skills, and as such you cannot have more than one role at a time.⦁ How much experience is needed?
We desire our Page & Merch artists to have experience with backgrounds, anatomy, perspective and color theory. Mainly seeking for full illustrative pieces!
All Contributors are asked to know the English language but we have no issue with other languages.⦁ What happens to my piece after the zine's completion?
After our zine's completion and potentially leftover sales, you are more than free to post your piece of work on your social platforms as you may please.If you have more questions head to the curious cat!
